I created a custom integration of an external credit score service into our banking app. After understanding the data returned from this service, I designed and coded a score visualization using SVG and JavaScript.

I conducted exploratory research about credit scores that revealed a wide array of complex emotions depending on their score. So I connected each member to score-relevant services and education provided by the credit union in order to help them feel supported and empowered.

Our credit cards offer great cash-back, and we wanted to provide positive visibility to your rewards. I designed a rewards history list to show how your rewards were accumulated or spent.

Research revealed some confusion about how dollars spent are converted to points earned, so great care was taken to make this aspect clear and easy to understand.

My dear friend Mallory had just started a CSA at her small Iowa farm. She wanted a website to facilitate signups and weekly announcements, but with minimal monthly overhead.

This site features lovingly-designed custom branding, fetches announcements from Google Sheets, and facilitates signups through Google Forms. This static site costs $0/month in overhead.
